How do I book my studio time?

What time is your studio available for rental?
We accept bookings during our office hours, but the studio may be booked for your use at any time, including nights and weekends!
How do I pay?
You can conveniently pay online when you book online. Prefer to pay cash? No problem. Just give us a call to book and settle your payment.
When clients come to us for the first time, they’re always amazed at how easy it is to get work done at our Photography Studio. That’s because we provide exceptional amenities so clients receive everything they need to produce their greatest projects. I might have heavy equipment with me. How do I get it into the studio?
The studio is at street level and handicap accessible so you can easily transport any equipment and/or props you may be bringing with you.
What about parking?
The City of Tacoma metered street parking is available right out of our front door with a $2.00 charge for 2 hours (credit cards or coins only.) Parking is only $2.00 on Saturdays, and FREE on Sundays and Holidays.
Can I rent Studio 253 for events or parties?

Do you allow animals in the studio?
If you or your client has a service animal, of course that service animal is more than welcome in the studio. If this is an animal for a photo shoot, please contact us to discuss. Almost always, the answer will be yes. However, should that animal cause any damages or injuries to others, you will be held solely liable.

Everything You Could Possibly Want to Know
Is the studio soundproof for videography?
While there is great privacy for our studio's location, the rooms are not 100% soundproofed. You are more than welcome to film here, just know that we cannot promise that there will be no street noise.
Can I expect complete privacy during my booked time?
Yes! During your scheduled time slot, consider the studio yours (unless prior arrangements are made!) We understand that your art requires ultimate attention to detail with minimal distractions. We also understand that you get the most out of your subject when they don't feel distracted or self-conscious with the presence of others. The only people in the studio during your booked time will be you and your crew/clients.
Are food and drinks allowed?
Of course. However, please be mindful and be careful with our equipment or props, and only water allowed in the shooting space itself. Should you cause any damages/stains, you will be held liable.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that life happens. Should you need to cancel your studio time, you may do so with no penalty as long as it is 48 hours in advance. We will refund you or apply your monies to a new session time. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we will not be able to refund you or move your time slot.
